Session based on my own struggles in life as a hypothyrodean sufferer who has probably been on the wrong dosage for most of my teenage years until 4 to 5 years ago.

So I had to struggle with weight gain, mental fogness, forgetfulness, attention deficit, lethargic or low levels of energy to do anything, lack of focus or purpose in life, depression which I didn't even think I had (but looking back hell yes!) and tons more other symptoms... which make normal people and myself think of me as an utterly natural lazy and moody disaster with legs!
